Call to Order
Meeting was called to order at 7:05pm by President Michael Kilmurray

Secretary’s Report
Joe Wiiki read the March 2024 meeting minutes. The minutes from the previous meeting were
approved. (1st Dick Weston, 2nd Ed Klopf)

Treasurer’s Report
Carol Leigh reviewed the status of all accounts. All bills were paid as approved at the March
2024 meeting. Current bills were reviewed. Motion to pay bills (1st Ed Klopf, 2nd Chuck Morse)
approved by all.

Chief’s Report
Dick Weston reported no (zero) calls since the last meeting. Berkshire would like to see where
our hydrants are when we do the dry hydrant testing.

Committees
Fundraising Committee
• Pancake Breakfast sold out. Thanks to our sponsor Sweet Tree Maple Products for the generous donation.
• Chicken BBQ held April 6, 2024 – 7 halves left.
• Pig Roast -confirmed for August 3 – Discuss at May meeting to finalize.

Communications
Letter from Chamber of Commerce received.

New hose needs to be stencilled.
