12 AUG 2024 Called to Order at 19:00 by President Michael Kilmurray
SECRETARY’S REPORT- Leanna Morgan read the minutes from previous meeting.Motion was made to accept and approve. 1st Rick Morgan 2nd Chuck Morse Approved by all.

TREASURER’S REPORT- Carol Leigh presented account status and list of bills for payment. Motion made to pay the bills, accept and approve accounts. Transfer money from Savings to Checking account. 1st Leanna Morgan 2nd Chuck Morse Approved by all.

Approved to pay the bill for our Insurance.

CHIEF’S REPORT-Past Chief Rick Morgan reported 2 EMS, 1 Fire and 2 Service calls. 15 Y-T-D

COMMITTEES:
Aug 3 Pork Roast – Recap $1,276 income, $347 profit. $40 paid to Mike Beckman for propane.

Sept 7 Horseshoe League Picnic- Bid $1900 with shrimp or $1700 without shrimp. Food prep on Sept 6.

COMMUNICATIONS: Mike Kilmurray said that Bobby Spencer would like to rent our ballfield to host the Busy Bee Blue Grass Festival for next year.

APPLICATIONS of NEW MEMBERS:No

OLD BUSINESS: Rick Morgan inquired if the $100 fee from pool filling had been received from Dick Weston. No, it has not.

New resurfacing of the driveway looks great, but there is a pile of loose stones. Rick Morgan will check with Bobby Spencer to see if they are still needed. If available, he will clean them up.
