Called to Order at 19:00 by President Michael Kilmurray

SECRETARY’S REPORT- Leanna Morgan read the minutes from previous meeting.Motion was made to accept and approve. 1st Bobby Spencer 2nd Rick Morgan Approved by all.

TREASURER’S REPORT- Carol Leigh presented account status and list of bills for payment. Motion made to pay the bills, accept and approve accounts. 1st Joe Wiiki 2nd Bobby Spencer Approved by all.

CHIEF’S REPORT- Fire Chief Bobby Spencer reported no calls.

COMMITTEES:
Aug 3 Pork Roast – Aug. 2 do food preparation, get supplies and materials to ball park.

Sept 7 Horseshoe League Picnic- get bid submitted ASAP. Food prep on Sept 6.

COMMUNICATIONS: President read a nice Thank You note received from the Jason Lanning Memorial Scholarship winner Sophia Tyrrell. .
APPLICATIONS of NEW MEMBERS: Mike Beckman was approved for a Social Membership.

OLD BUSINESS: estimate for new door locks Key Pad $330 for one door (Total $497.50).

NEW BUSINESS: Bobby Spencer said the Caroline Highway Department could resurface our driveway area with oil and stone and he will measure it to determine a price. Motion to proceed with work. 1st LoriStaba 2nd Joe Wiiki Approved by all.
