Called to Order at 19:00 by President Michael Kilmurray

SECRETARY’S REPORT- March’s Meeting Minutes was a virtual meeting. Meeting minutes were compiled and approved by all.

TREASURER’S REPORT- Carole Leigh presented account status and list of bills for payment. Motion made to pay bills and accept report. 1st Doug Keefe 2nd Joe Wikki Approved by all. Carol Leigh made a motion to make donation in Memory of Dallas Micha of $100 to NY motor Cycle group, appoved by all. See attached Register Report.

Bbq May 15 for 2nd Annual Lym Watkins memorial ride. 160 dinners with salt potatoes, bake beans and roll.

CHIEF’S REPORT- Doug Keefe reported 3 Calls 2 Medical– 1 Mutual Aid Total Calls Y-T-D 10

COMMITTEES: None.
NEW APPLICATIONS: Ed Klopf

OLD BUSINESS- Getting Credit Cards for gasoline if needed for when we do mutual aid to Tioga County.

By-Laws: Ram Program voted to be added to our program. Motion to accept Doug Keefe, 2nd Joe Wiiki and approved by All. Also voted on by Board of Directors and approved by Mark Gregrow, Joe Wiiki, and Lori Staba.

NEW BUSINESS- State bid of tires. Tire prices sent by Doug Keefe to everyone. Motion made to do all tires on all trucks by Doug Keefe, 2nd Lori Staba, approved by all.

Motion made by Carol Leigh to move money from savings to CD for this year. Mark Gregrow 1st, 2nd Lori Staba, approved by all.

Jason Lanning Memorial Award- was discussed with Savana Jordan winnning.

Watkins requested pavillion on July 17, for family reunion and Chicken BBQ. 100 halves only of chicken. Charcoal needs to be order for May 15th and July 17th.

Horseshoes start first Tuesday in June.
