SECRETARY’S REPORT– Leanna Morgan read the minutes from previous meeting. Motion made to accept and approve.1stEd Klopf 2nd Mike Kilmurray Approved by all.
TREASURER’S REPORT– Carol Leigh presented account status and list of bills for payment.Motion made to pay the bills, accept and approve accounts. 1st Ed Klopf 2nd Leanna Morgan Approved by all.
CHIEF’S REPORT– Fire Chief Dicky Weston reported 3 calls- Y-T-D 13 calls. Glen Road will be closed for a few days, due to paving work. Dicky is trying to set up some training with neighboring fire companies. Parades to be held in Newark Valley on 30 July and Trumansburg on 27 Aug.
COMMITTEES–
TURNOUT GEAR- Waiting for the quote for the 2 sets.
TRUCK REPLACEMENT– Dick to head the committee.
APPLICATIONS of NEW MEMBERS–
UNFINISHED BUSINESS-Posting our Meeting Minutes to our website for public access.
60th Anniversary this year, maybe do T-Shirts, perhaps a dinner event, at least update the website.
Horseshoe League annual banquet will be held on 20 Sept. Joe Wiiki is thinking about doing an Equalizer Tournament on 30 Sept.
NEW BUSINESS– New computer in the budget by August.
