SECRETARY’S REPORT– Leanna Morgan read the minutes from previous meeting. Motion made to accept and approve. 1st Mike Kilmurray 2nd Rick Morgan Approved by all.
TREASURER’S REPORT– Carol Leigh presented account status and list of bills for payment.Motion made to pay the bills, accept and approve accounts. 1st Rick Morgan 2nd Dick Weston Approved by all.
CHIEF’S REPORT– Fire Chief Richard Morgan reported 2 calls- 1 EMS and 1 Fire. Y-T-D 39 calls. Tom Basher ‘s Meridian Fire Solutions instructor Kenny Thompson was here on 30 Nov for “Pump Operation and Hose Handling” training. Rick reported that he has been able to refurbish five of the old pagers, so the new members can use them. Rick has constructed a metal framed rack for holding 12 sets of turnout (T/O) gear. Mike Kilmurray has turned in all of his T/O gear and his pager, so they can be re-assigned, as needed. Tuesday and Thursday training at 6:30 PM will be ongoing. Seven members were given their Annual Physical in Brooktondale on 6 Dec. Partici-pants were Rick Morgan, Dick Weston, Ed Klopf, Charles Morse, Joe Wiiki, Dave Bean and Bobby Spencer.

COMMUNICATIONS– A bill for our member’s cancer insurance will be paid for in Jan. 2022.

President Mike Kilmurray suggested a review of our members to determine those eligible for nomination to Life Membership status, those completing 25 years of service. Currently eligible members include Jim Leigh, Carol Leigh, Bernie Williams, Joe Wiiki, Jerry Weston, Donna Weston, Richard Morgan and Leanna Morgan. Motion made by Mike Kilmurray 2nd by Dick Weston and approved by all.
Secretary cast one ballot for each person elected.
